Attached to the owners property where privacy is assured the cottage is completely self contained with a private car park and fully enclosed private garden from where you can see an amazing amount of wildlife this year roe and muntjac deer, brown hare, rabbits, pheasants, partridges, buzzards, kestrels, red kite, barn and tawny owls and a huge variety of garden birds have been seen.
The oil fired centrally heated cottage comprises of a large central hallway with coat hooks and shoe storage, off this is a fully fitted kitchen/dining room with integrated appliances and a lovely pine dining table and chairs. From the hallway you will find a spacious and light sitting room with 50inch smart TV, comfortable modern seating and patio doors leading onto a patio area with comfortable garden seating.
Stairs from the central hallway leads to the 2 double bedrooms (1 can be twin bedded) both with ensuite bathrooms with roll top baths and separate showers.
The village of Walsingham with a selection of shops, cafes and 2 pubs is just 2 miles away. Access to the North Norfolk Coast as well as the market towns of Holt, Fakenham and Burnham Market are within easy driving distance.
